Before OnyxOS was a platform, it was our point of view — that health data should be useful, not just exchanged. We're engineers, standards authors, and healthcare operators, and we've spent the last decade turning that belief into something our customers can run. Onyx was built by the architects of modern payer interoperability — the team that built CMS Blue Button 2.0, authored the HL7 Da Vinci PDex standard that CMS-0057 is built on, and created the federal health data infrastructure that serves tens of millions of Americans today.
