Based on feedback from 764 qualified respondents representing health plans, Medicaid agencies, provider organizations, and payer technology teams, the report evaluated vendors across 18 key performance indicators spanning regulatory readiness, FHIR-based interoperability, clinical data quality, workflow integration, analytics, governance, developer experience, and operational performance.
Onyx earned the highest scores in 11 of the 18 evaluated performance categories, including CMS-0057 readiness and execution, Patient, Provider, and Payer-to-Payer API coverage, clinical data acquisition and normalization, workflow integration, provider activation, analytics and audit-ready reporting, AI-enabled clinical document intelligence, developer experience, security and governance, partner ecosystem, and standards roadmap.
