Seib designed the SAFHIR concept and is the creator of MyCARE AI, one of the first authorized Blue Button 2.0 applications. He worked extensively on health information exchange, including at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT on the Nationwide Health Information Network.

The architect of the Blue Button 2.0 API for Medicare, Scrimshire is the foremost authority of data interoperability. He previously served as the entrepreneur-in-residence at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
